About us
A LINCOLN BUILDER YOU CAN GET HOLD OF
Who we are
ASM Projects Ltd is a construction company based in Lincoln. We take on domestic and commercial building work - extensions, renovations, new builds, groundworks, brickwork, roofing and fit-outs - and we manage each project ourselves rather than passing it down a chain.
Most people come to us because someone they know has had work done and been treated fairly. That is the standard we work to: turn up when we say, price the job properly, and finish it to a standard we would accept in our own homes.
We are fully insured and work alongside building control, architects and structural engineers whenever a project calls for it.
How we work
Honest pricing
Itemised quotes with no vague sums. If something changes on site, you hear about it before the work happens.
Proper standards
Work done to current building regulations, with building control and structural engineers involved where needed.
Respect for your home
Dust protection, safe storage of materials and a clean site at the end of each day.
Local accountability
We live and work in the same area, so our reputation travels with every job we finish.
Where we work
We are based in Lincoln and cover the whole of the surrounding area, following the A46 and A1 corridor south-west through Newark and Southwell all the way to Nottingham. If you are somewhere between the two cities, we can get to you.
